ABOUT SPEAK OUT APHASIA

Riley is a speech language pathology student at the University of South Florida. Her passion is working with brain injury survivors, which includes people with aphasia! Working closely with people who have aphasia has shown that there is a critical gap in awareness of what aphasia is and how people who have it communicate with others. Because of this, she is hoping to bridge that gap by educating people about what aphasia is, as well as providing tips and resources for survivors and their caregivers.
